The Office of Economic Development – Business & Housing Services administers the initial sale, resale, and monitoring of all affordable housing units. Our goal is to enhance the value and success of affordable housing by creating strong relationships with buyers, renters, developers, realtors, lenders, housing counselors, and other real estate professionals.
