The Workforce Investment Act is a program devoted to helping youth 16 - 21 reach their employment, education, and personal goals. WIA advocates for youth, providing mentorship opportunities as well as guidance and counseling. WIA youth will learn to prepare for the future by setting goals and participating in activities to achieve personal growth. If you or someone you know is between the ages of 16 and 21, motivated, goal-driven, focused and ready for change, WIA can help!
