Providing Denver's Youth with the opportunity to gain valuable work experience is an investment in Denver's future.  The Office of Economic Development, Division of Workforce Development is committed to assisting youth ages 14-21 in gaining the skills necessary to obtain and retain employment.

Other, City-related Services
Especially for Children - Denver children enrolled in the Head Start program are eligible for the 5 by 5 program where they have access to cultural experiences before they reach the age of five. The 5 By 5 Program builds upon Mayor Hickenlooper’s “Invest in Success” initiative on Early Childhood Education.
