Finding a job can be a difficult and demanding process. Whether you're changing careers or looking for a part-time job, the Division of Workforce Development will help you succeed.  With five convenient locations and an array of no cost services, finding a job just got a little easier. 


Employment Services:

  • Job placement assistance
  • Labor market information
  • Current job listings and referrals to employers
  • Education and training information

Resources Rooms:

  • Computers with internet access and up-to-date software
  • Printers, fax, copy machines, and telephones
  • Job Fair information

Career Assessment:

  • Meet one-on-one with a Workforce Development Advisor to discuss and define your career goals
  • Evaluation of employment and education skills
  • Aptitude, basic education and language skills assessments

Job Readiness:

  • No cost training in computer skills (MS WORD,EXCEL, POWERPOINT)
  • Cover letters, resume writing and interview skills workshops 

Education and Job-Specific Training:

  • Information on schools and training providers
  • Assistance with education and training enrollment
  • Education and training tuition assistance for those who qualify
