Especially for Children: Denver children enrolled in the Head Start program are eligible for the 5 by 5 program where they have access to cultural experiences before they reach the age of five. The 5 By 5 Program builds upon Mayor Hickenlooper’s “Invest in Success” initiative on Early Childhood Education.
