Denver has many commercial and industrial areas that may be of interest to your company, including: 

Stapleton:  This former airport has become the largest urban redevelopment project in the United States.  Encompassing 4,700 acres, this master planned community will have, upon completion, 10 million sq. ft. of office space, 3 million sq. ft. of retail,12,000 homes and apartments with access to 1,100 acres of parks and open space. Stapleton is located in a Denver Enterprise Zone.

The Denver Connection:  This 400-acre master planned, mixed-use development, including office, hospitality, industrial and retail development, is located at 48th Avenue and  Pena Boulevard. Close to Denver International Airport, the Denver Connection is equipped with state of the art communications and advanced technology.

Denver Technology Center (DTC):  Nationally recognized as one of the country’s premier business centers, the DTC is located at the junction of I-25 and I-225, forming the entrance to Denver’s southeast business corridor.  Currently over 14 million square feet of development comprise this mixed-use center of office space, hotels, restaurants and housing that makes living next to your business a reality.

Lowry:  A former Air Force base, this 1,866-acre site has been redeveloped into a sophisticated mixed use location including offices and residences surrounded by nature trails and supported by an advanced telecommunications system.  Located at 2nd Avenue and Quebec Street in Denver, this development boasts updated historical structures as well as the latest in office construction with a variety of sizes and uses available. Lowry is located in a Denver Enterprise Zone.

Montbello Industrial Park:  Started in 1966, this park has over 10 million square feet under roof.  The location at Havana Street and I-70 provides businesses immediate access to the interstate and serves as a major distribution site.  Located immediately to the west is the Panattoni Development, which is the redevelopment of a 100-acre site formerly used for the Samsonite international headquarters.  Several hundred thousand square feet of office space is being developed as well as the creation of a number of industrial sites.  This industrial park is located in the Denver Enterprise Zone.
